Changing motherboard

there is a problem occur in my motherboard and i am repair it from store it ,its IC prblem shopkepper tells but now again i have the same prblem?
so,plz tell me which company motherboard is good for me to new parchase if i am use my old processor core2duo and ddr2 ram.
