My hp pavillion dv6000 blue lites cycle on and off several times and wont start

My pavillion dv6000 will not boot up. When I attempt to start the blue lights cycle on and off several times as if the pc is shutting down and starting back up. The screen is completely black. I tried the power reboot suggested in other problems but still not help.

I own a laptop repair company....we see lots of Dv6000`s with this problem

DV6000 is famous for this....your graphics chip needs "refloating"...in the UK as an example we charge £100 for this and it almost never works long term....we activaly try and discourage customers from wasting their money.... the "refloat" COULD last 6 months or SIX MINUTES

Time for a new laptop I am afraid....
