Compatibility Question

I have a question about determining if my ram is compatible with my motherboard. I used this site to find compatible versions of corsair RAM as suggested my a member of the community, but he never directly said if it was compatible or not, he just said it may or may not be compatible.

I personally have used the first RAM that you have listed, with that motherboard. It worked well for a while, but slowly saw a decline in speed later on. Not sure about the second.
