As some of ya'll may remember, I've had a lot of problems with my Eyefinity setup. Actually, it hasn't been working since late 2010.

When my Eyefinity was first really acting up, I couldn't stand not having it! But as time heals all pain I've gotten used to just having two monitors and only gaming on one, as that's how I have for many years before Eyefinity. I really love the theory and technology of Eyefinity and it gave a slight (very slight) advantage in gaming and I REALLY love the shock value of having three 27" monitors. Well, I've been thinking about selling my three 27" monitors and just getting one big one. Like a 30-something incher or so, maybe even 40-something incher.

What do ya'll think?

This is what I got. This October it'll be two years old. Hard to believe it's been that long!

good general advice is if you keep coming back to a solution, it's probably what you want. I myself have a 36" lcd 1080p and i fricken love it (get a desk that you can set it kinda far back (deep desk).

Black, definitely black.

Thanks

Happen to have a picture of that setup?

I've thought about my desk being deep enough, and I think it's plenty deep to house a pretty large monitor. It is a corner desk, but from where I sit to the corner that sticks into the wall is 36" away. My middle 27" monitor, measuring from the corners of the monitor, is about 9.5" away from the wall. From the middle of the monitor to the wall is about 18" away. So figure a, i.e. 36" monitor, would easily sit far enough back to not be too close to it to see the whole thing. While we're on the subject, I really love this desk. As I said before, it's 36" from me to the wall, and from the corner of the wall to each end of the desk is 6'. It'll hold quite a bit. :D

Thanks
