Need opinion on compatibility of these parts.

This is my idea for my new build, tell me what you think about the compatibility of them all, if they all flow together then cool, if not shoot some opinions my way. I will be Cross-firing eventually and doing some light OC-ing of the CPU. Mostly for heavy gaming and heavy heavy video editing, encoding, production, etc. Also editing videos and the like always take forever, I heard that more RAM helps with it, but wouldn't that in a way hurt the OC ability (which I've also heard). So let me know on that.

And also one more quick question: I'm buying a wireless keyboard and mouse, will these work right away without an OS? or should i use friends wired keyboards to be able to get everything set up?
Thanks in advance guys!

also with only 1 6950, you don't need an 850W PSU, a 650W is more than enough.

Won't the colors of your memory and psu clash :) ?

I'm not a fan of using a psu that hasn't been reviewed by a qualified reviewer. There's no need to run a risk on such an important part. Please use one of the Corsair, Antec, or Seasonic 850W units, modular or not. Their prices range from $115 (non-modular) to $150 (modular) . . . watch the shipping costs, some are free . . . and the MIRs.

    Enjoy the build.

no clue on the Cougar, but the Lepa B series 850 got some good reviews. (lepa is a rebadged enermax unit)
