Asus M5A78l-m/usb 3.0 only one RAM Slot works help me!

Hello,
I bought a Corsair 2*4gb RAM Kit for my Asus M5A78L-M/USB 3.0 Motherboard with an FX4100 CPU on it and with the newest BIOS Update.
My problem is that the system starts only if the RAM is on the black slots...and the BIOS and Windows only detect 4gb ram...
I want that both RAM Dimm's work....so I have 8gb. Is there somebody how knows a hint?

you got to use the 2 black one or the 2 blue one also your os is a 32 bits or the 64 one ,did you try only one stick at the time in the first slot of each channel to see if it work ?
