Hello everyone! My issue i am noticing is that recently i got a new motherboard/Ram/CPU. The Ram is supposed to be running at a frequency of 2133ghz, but for some reason it is automatically being underclocked to 1600mhz.

Heres my current parts:

Ram: http://www.ncix.ca/products/?sku=74760
Cpu: http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=4...
Mobo: http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=2...

There is BIOS settings to edit all the ram options. However im not to knowledgable about editing RAM timings/freq. When i set the ram frequency myself to 2133, it didnt boot with a message saying my OC failed.

-Thanks! :D

Hello and welcome to the forums !
Your motherboard supports 2133MHz RAMs by OC,which means you have to set the speed and timings manually in the BIOS
You can find some good guides in the "Overclocking" section of the forum

Yes.
Set them to 11-11-11-27 also don't forget to set the voltage to 1.5 because sometimes,if it's set on auto it may cause instability
