APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Sept BUDGET RANGE: ~$500

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming(Diablo 3 is primary game never been really into pc gaming because I never had that great of a pc to do it ) & Programming(current CS student)

POWER SUPPLY: Corsair AX850
OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: asus z68 pro mobo, 8 gb ram, cpu not yet decided on but will be i5 or i7

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: must support 2 monitors and maybe later want to go for 3 also machine will be dual boot windows/linux

Looks good so far...

I would go with an i5 2500k for the processor, you really don't need an i7 for what you will be doing.

For a GPU I would suggest an nVidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti as it is plenty of bang for your buck.
