Internet shut off switch

Hello,
Ia m in the process of building a new home. I have 4 young children and would like to have a internet kill switch in my office that will shut off the internet to all computers in the house except mine. Can some one explain how to do this?

Most routers' setup screens include a facility with a name like Access List. It allows you to include/exclude users by their wireless adapter's MAC ID. You could create an Access List with only your MAC ID and then activate it when you wanted to exclude everyone else who is normally connected.

some routers have the option to allow access by IP range and Time.
