Which PSU should I buy?

I'm currently working on my first build, and I'm unsure about what power supply I should get.

Right now I'm looking at these two, but other suggestions are welcome. I'm just trying to stay at or below $100.

With the promo code, discount, and mail-in rebate the OCZ PSU would only cost $50, so I don't really know what to expect quality-wise.

I'll be using an AMD Phenom II X6 1100T, and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti.
Honestly, I'm just assuming that 700W is enough.

Ah, okay. Thank you. I'll look into the psu davcon suggested, and I'll try to decide on what to get sometime this week.

If the ModX 600's are good though, I may just get one of those. The less money I have to spend the better.

Edit: I've decided to go with what davcon suggested. I'll order it tonight while it's still on sale along with a HAF 912. :)
