Is this compatible with my mobo?

Will all of the this be compatible together with the mobo I ordered?

Should be. Will cover one of your PCIEX1 slots but video cards usually do anyway.

My next question is should I get a different mobo? This one was a pretty good deal since it came with ram. If I bought another one, I would probably just sell this mobo I currently have and break near even the price I bought it for.
