Over the weekend I have taken advantage of the sales.

My question is can I buy this RAM for my build?

I am aware the clock speeds are different, most RAM will default to what ever max the motherboard will allow. But I have heard of some issues with AMD's APU series. Which was never explained to me.

Just would like to know if I can buy this RAM or should just stick to a proper 1333mhz pair. I am not overclocking or anything extreme.

More about underclock speeds
  1. when using an a8 or a10 processor you need fast ram because you are missing bandwidth from a proper graphics card look here so fast ram will give you 15 to 25 percent fps boost

  2. I should have mentioned that I will be installing a GPU Radeon 6670. super light gaming. mostly just surfing and movies.
