RAID, UW SCSI II and W2K?

I have four ultra wide SCSI II hard drives (68 pins -7200 RPMs). My idea was to set them up in a RAID 0 system under W2K. However, I am not sure which Adapted AAA- RAID card would suit my purposes best!? Is it possible for instance to use a LVD RAID card (also 68 pins) with non LVD hard drives (like mine), and what card would also support W2K? Hope somebody can assist me,

Best Regards,

Philip

All the pin compatable SCSI interfaces are backwards compatable. But the bus will only run at the speed of the slowest drive.

I do think so..

considering LVD RAID products like Adaptec's 2100s will work with tape drives and cd-roms. I would say there's a good chance they would work with non LVD hard drives as well. (mm more than a good chance) LVD is designed to be backwards compatible not to mention. Of course, you will be limited to Ultra bandwidth and cable lengths. Which card is best depends on what kind of array you want to run and how much money you are willing to spend.
