So my friends needs a new computer and his budget is really tight so i wanted to see what I could do for him, and it kinda proved to be a challenge so i wanted to see if i could get some help on here.


Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP

Budget Range: 300-350

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Basic use, He also said he wants to be able to play Civilization V(or Civ 4 would do)
