Although, I am not overly impressed by any of your links, but seems these are your only options, then link 1 and link 3 are the best. Apart from link 2, others will play your listed games. IMHO, link 3 is the best deal, what with free monitor and stuff, and link1 is decent too. GL. Try for those. Though for your requirements, maybe within 150 pounds, we can try and fit a NEW cpu(meaning computer w\o monitor and keyboard etc) for you. 200 pounds is definitley possible. Just a suggestion. GL!!

I have upto £250, i have never bulit a computer before but could give it a go.
All i really need it for is the sims 3 ( for my partner), microsoft office and the internet.

Hmm you can take the 3rd option (for £100 is awesome deal) and just change the mobo/cpu/mem. So with £200 you will have a decent gaming pc :).
cpu corei3 124.99$: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115078
2x2GB memory 25.99$: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231253
MSI H67 mobo 64.99$: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130579
Final 215$ or £135.
So £100 for the 3rd link ( http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200666855609?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649&clk_rvr_id=276504192492&afsrc=1 ) and £135 for the new parts, means:
core i3 3,1Ghz, 4GB ram, gtx 280, HDD, 550watt PSU, tower, DVD RW, Monitor, mouse & keyboard etc. For £235 you can even play battlefield 3 at high settings (at DX10). :)

Missing: HDD, Case, PSU. Unfortunately the prices of HDDs have gone up lately so I doubt this build will stay below £250. I do guarantee you'll be happier with this than a used PC however.
