Random, consistant BSOD

Hello,
Gigabyte GA-A75-UD4H
AMD CPU (not sure what it is right now)
Hitachi 500gb HDD
4x4GB kingston
zephyr mx 750w power source

I get consistent and random BSOD. I've checked drivers, reinstalled windows 7, installed Ubuntu linux, I've tried two different hard drives, I've tried using just two sticks of memory, and switching them out. I cannot locate the problem, so it must be motherboard of CPU correct?

The BSOD includes not less equal, driver errors, and a plethora of other errors. I had a radeon 6570 but I removed it before trying to reinstall windows, so it is using the onboard Radeon 6550.
