I need help on choosing a PSU which of these is better?
antec pc neo eco 520c - 520w
or
Aerocool Strike-X 500W Bronze?

I'd take the Antec, just something about a Seasonic.
As far as efficiency, the difference between them would be minimal, going by the numbers over at 80+, just over 2%.

Seasonic just work. Do you want your psu to be reliable? Of course you do. That's why we are saying to Seasonic built Antec Neo is the one to pick.

Andyson doesn't have the same stellar track record that Seasonic has.
