Looks good but id recommend a few changes.

Firstly 16GB RAM more than likely wont be needed. 8GB (2x4GB 1600MHz) would be plenty.

Secondly, if your looking to SLI GTX 560Ti's, at minimum look for 750w PSU.

HDD - Spend a little extra here and look for 7200rpm drive. SeaGate Barracuda, SamsungSpin Point F3 or WD Caviar Black recommended.

Is the PC for Gaming?
At what resolution then?
What is you budget?

If you are not at the limit of your budget I would recommend a better GPU for your setup like a 570 or 6970, but it depends on you resolution of course.

Unless you plan on making duplicates of a lot of DVD's, having a Blu-Ray burner and a DVD burner would be unnecessary.
