What motherboard do you recommend me getting?

I have the Intel 2600.
I want to get the slight overclock I apparently can if I can find out how, but I'm also planning on upgrading to the 3770K at some point.
I have the ECS H61H2-M2 at the moment and I want to buy a new motherboard so I can eventually get SLI.
I have a budget of £150 but I might be willing to push it to £200 max.
I want the best motherboard all round for that price but also want to be able to overclock.
Any suggestions?

Thanks
James

If you will be upgrading to the 3770K then get a Z77 board. BUT, what CPU do you have exactly? If its the 2600 and not the 2600K you are screwed... LOL overclocking a normal 2600 would not be good for your system.

If you do have the 2600K, you need a decent CPU cooler to go with it.
Unless you have one?

For a mobo, the ASrock Extreme4 Z77 board. Its a good clocker and very reliable.

Yeah it's just the 2600.
I was looking at the Fatal1ty Z77 Performance by AsRock, what's your opinion on that board if you have one?
I'll have a look, it just depends on the price.

Yeah, I didn't think you could but I'd just heard you could, slightly, I don't know.
And I don't know why I want to, I guess just to try it

Don't... Only way to do it is by OCing the BCLK and thats risky. It forces your whole system to run at a faster clock, this ruins your board, RAM and sometimes GPU.
