Region Hack?

Hello again people...

Now i have a full operational DVD drive on my PC i now want
to "Get Around" that nastly little 5 changes and we lock it
stuff the manufacturers so kindly put on the Drive/Card.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a Region Hack for
the Samsung DVD drive and the Hollywood Plus Real magic
decoder card?

I down loaded one, but it doesnt work, so i am on the look
out for one that does!

Well, I trundled off to 7th Zone, found the decoder
card region hacks, tried two of them and now my Movie
playback is screwed up again.

Everytime i try and play a Region 1 or Region 2 movie
its all jittery and jumps and eventually just freezes.
I am SOOOOO racked off with it i am gonna scream, since
I got this damn DVD drive i have had more down time than
god-damn UP time.... <grrrr>

So how the hell do i fix this then chaps? I have tried
uninistalling the software, hardware then re-installing
it all, I have removed all references to the software etc
from the registry.. no joy.

any ideas?
