So i already got everything picked out for my gaming build, and I will most likely be using my 32 inch tv which has a resolution of 1366x768. My build will have an i5 2500k, 8gb and all that good stuff so which graphics card should i get? At first i was thinking 6950 or 560 ti but now i realized i will be playing at a low resolution so maybe something like a 6870 could get the job done? Thanks

See following review for some benchmarks. A resolution of 1366x768 would be in between 1024x768 and 1280x1024 resolutions so you can add the FPS of both resolutions then divide by 2 to get a rough estimate.

A Radeon HD 6850 should suffice.

Of course, if you plan on buying a 1080p HDTV in the near future, then buying a more powerful card would be a good idea like the Radeon HD 6870 or something faster like Radeon HD 6950 or GeForce GTX 470. It all depends on your budget and future upgrades (if any).

Low resolution benefits a lot from Anti-Aliasing which can be taxing.

Even though a GTX560Ti can max out most games it would future-proof future games. It's your choice and budget.

I think I'm comfortable recommending the GTX560 (non-Ti) and if you need better in the future buy a new card.
