My system is almost done and I need a processor to complete it. My current system consist of
M4A87TD EVO
Ripjaws 2133 4x2 kit (Going to be running at 2000)
Gtx 480
CNPS9900A Cpu Cooler
Cosair Tx 650w PSU
LG Blu-Ray Rewirter
Haf 922
2x 500gb 7200 Segate
Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro

I do mostly gaming but I will be doing some AVCHD video editing soon, Gaming vids, and some audio editing. I am also the kind that likes to minimize the game and go on to skype or youtube. What would be the best value for me?

I can get the 980 for $140 with free shipping. Also I am using the Gtx 480 for accelerated video editing in Premiere Pro

I would go the 1100T route. The 980 BE is the steroid junkie of AMD's aging Phenom 2's a last attempt at injecting life into a dying architecture, sure its powerfull all things considered. But the 1100T has two extra cores that will help out. Worth the extra I think, that is if AMD is the only option.
