Everything looks good but I would definitely increase that RAM. 4 GB is what you get on a bargain Dell and will not be sufficient for BF3. It is cheap and you can just buy another stick to increase to 8 GB which should be enough.

1) I'll second the recommendation just to grab 8GB of RAM right off the bat -- it's so cheap, and getting 2x4GB leaves you room to go to 16GB later if you need to.

2) I'm leery of that PSU, and 850W is a bit of overkill even if you Crossfire 6950's down the road. I'd go with a Corsair TX750 V2.

3) If you're overclocking the 2500k, you'll need an aftermarket heatsink like this one.

4) Any DVD-RW will do; this one's currently $18 with free shipping.
