Replacing processor, need to find compatible ones.

So I have a Sony Vaio VPCEF22FX, and I'm going to replace the processor. I already know it can be replaced so don't comment about it please. Just need to find a processor that is compatible. The current processor is a socket 939/AM/AM2 and I don't know what kind of socket the mobo is. I want an AM3/AM3+ but I don't know if they're compatible. Help please.

Then you have this processor: http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K10/AMD-Athlon%20II%20Dual-Core%20Mobile%20P320%20-%20AMP320SGR22GM.html

as you'll see in that link, you have a 638 pin socket SG1 cpu and not socket am/am2 and you cannot go for AM3+.

That second link will tell you about the possible upgrade path but please remember to not exceed your TDP
