Can't go wrong really with any of these, they are all quality parts. Check things like the warranty, extras in the package, etc. I have an EVGA 560ti that has been working perfectly for 6 months.

I would go for the gigabyte card. Their windforce coolers are always excellent and it has the same adapters as the EVGA and PNY cards.

The only downside is it has a 3 year warranty compared to a lifetime warranty, but I know I upgrade once every couple years anyways so it makes it a moot point.

Have you verified that your PSU can handle the upgrade?
