My Power supply died so i had to replace it with a new one, i went to a computer shop and asked them to replace a new one for my computer

They replaced a 600w power supply
my graphics card is a Nvidia Geforce 9600GT
Os: Windows 7 ultimate 32-bit
Processor: AMD athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 5000+ (2cpus), ~ 2.6GHz
Memory: 2048MB RAM
Page file: 1400MB used, 2438MB available
DirectX ver: DirectX 11

So they said it is okay, now the problem starts here. When i tried to connect my monitor to my nvidia graphics card, I get No signal, No display at all, Nvidia Graphics card is running (fan) the 6-pin from the power supply is plugged into my graphics card.

so i connected my monitor to the other slot at the back of my computer, ( i hope you get what i meant) and it worked.
but the resolution was so small! my old resolution was 1680x1050 so i went to windows update and updated my PC.

Now i went to dxdiag.exe to see whats in my Display Device: and its now Nvidia Geforce 6150SE nForce 430 with approx. total memory of 825mb, when i tried to play a game its so LAGGY!

i really want to use my nvidia geforce 9600GT graphics card, ive searched everything in the net i tried to configure my bios but still no luck,

I downloaded Aida32 to check whats my motherboard and heres what i got:

what you mean by boot order you mean the [agp>pci>pci-e] / [pci-e>pci>agp]?

ive tried that but still no luck, ive tried disabling the on board graphics card but there is no choices in the bios

my graphics card was working fine before the replacement of the new power supply, maybe its the motherboard? because i used aida32 ( a personal system information software ) it doesnt detect any chipset from the motherboard and the motherboard name was unknown according to the software.

should i update my bios or should i download the chipset from Asus? since ASUS is my motherboard.
