Not a fan of the Rocketfish (BestBuy house brand).
The fact that the PSU is being "Sold by Liquidation Team" is another red flag to me.
And that it might be a Huntkey built PSU is also of real concern.

I think it's a good option if it's from the same platform as the 600W model
Keep in mind that the PSUs Davcon listed for you are also good choices too.

You are right to look for a quality psu.

My short list of quality brands would include Seasonic, PC P&C, Antec, XFX, and Corsair.
You can safely buy from any of them.

I think your gpu only needs one 6 pin power connector and 24a.

For $25 after rebate, the Corsair CX430 is a great deal. I have used them before, and they work well.
