Sapphire 5850 toxic problems

Hi everyone.
Got hit by a nasty virus this morning and had to reformat everything. I'm currently in the process of reinstalling programs and drivers and I'm having a really hard time with my video driver.
I have a Sapphire 5850 Toxic. I cant update to the latest drivers, games start showing crazy lines and weird artifacts. I've tried using driver sweeper and reinstalling but nothing seems to be working. Anyone have any ideas?
