For that computer I'd be looking at a 5550 or 5570.

Anything more powerful than that is a bit useless with such an old CPU. Even then many new games will run pretty slow, even on the lowest details, but that's simply due to your single core CPU. Casual games or slightly older games will probably be fine though. You would be able to run HL2 and some UT3 based games just fine. You're probably not going to be playing Crysis 2 on it though ^_^

hey scratch what i said . cause i am currrently having money problems lol. i am wondering though what my current gpu will run? i kno it wont run new games coming out. but my uncle (previous owner of the pc) said that it will run games like WoW and half life 2 titan quest . kinda older games can u comifrm this? ty

Even with today's intregreated GPU's they struggle to play WoW and Half Life 2.I don't think your gonna even be able to run it with that GPU.

The cheapest one that would still provide a nice boost over the current GPU would be a GT520 for $43 with a $20 MIR.Honestly I wouldn't put anymore more money into a aged machine like that. But even with a low card like the GT520 it's still a dramatic performance increase over the current intergreated GPU.

hey he actually played those games on that pc thats why .. and if it can play games like that then it cant be that bad ?? lol

I've had experience with intregreated GPU's before and I couldn't even get stable fps on CS:S with everything on the lowest settings even with a dual core. But it's probably for the best anyway that you don't have enough money to buy one now.Save up and get a better card.
