will it work?

Hi guys, quick question...

Will this:

or

http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/pro [...] 2c11eeen02

work with the radeon 6950, and which is better? I currently have this computer:

And need a higher power supply in order to upgrade my graphic card to the 6950. Now the thing is I'm not really good with watts and amps, etc. So I kinda need a hand here. Will it work?

The problem with FS and BB is the psu's in store are overpriced by a large margin and junk.
At least where i live they are and we have a Canada Computers in town.(makes FS & BB look real bad)
