Hi everyone,

Please help me decide on which of these two GPU's is better. I am willing to overclock to get the best performance out of whichever one I buy but which one should I buy.

My system is:
Intel I5 2500k sandybridge CPU 3.3 GHz
Asrock P67 PRO3 SE Socket 1155 8 Channel HD Audio ATX Motherboard
Xigmatek Midgard White Knight Case
G-Skill 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz RipjawsX Memory Kit CL9 (9-9-9-24) 1.5V
Thermaltake 575W Toughpower XT Modular PSU
Samsung HD103SJ Spinpoint F3 1TB Hard Drive SATAII 7200rpm 32MB Cache
LiteOn iHAS124-19 24x DVD±RW DL & RAM SATA Optical Drive

but from the reviews I have been looking, some sites seem to be able to overclock the Sapphire toxic and keep stable at a good temp much more than the twin frozr, but wasn't sure if they were correct

This is easy... the sapphire~ comes with factory unlocked 6970's bios. not only do you get the clocks but you get the shaders + the bios switch.

I'm telling you, IT'S THE BEST DEAL - and you better get it while it's in stock. Read the reviews and if you're not sold then get the MSI.
