3.06 CPU 512K 533 can my mother board take it ?

My mother board is MSI MS-6533EG/655XG/6719 The CPU that came with motherboard was a 2.66GHz 512k/533 478 socket, Is my mother board compatible with a SL6S5 or SL6PG 3.06GHz / 512k / 533 478 pin socket and run at 3.06GHz ?
