1080p flash cpu recommendation

Right now I'm running a down right ancient PC. Its a HP a610n with a Amd Athlon xp 3000+ single core. It has always serves my purposes with exception of being able to smoothly play back 1080p flash video full screen. I spotted a fairly cheap, under $100, dell 530s sporting an Intel E7200. I know that based on passmark this PC is about 4x faster than my current. I was wondering if this cpu would be enough to handle hd flash? Thanks everyone.

it should be better but you still need a gpu for HD flash.

a cheap 6450 or even a 5450 will do very well. actually just any gpu should be ok.

what does the dell come with as a gpu?

Nothing is listed so my best guess is igp.

It might be good enough. I think its worth it if you don't want to spend a lot of money and isn't expecting a lot.

If it doesn't work well you can get a gpu like this:

That gpu will hand videos and flash well but won't really cut it for recent games so don't expect too much from it.
