Hello,

My system specs are:
i3-2100
P8H61-M LE/USB3
500GB WDC WD5000AAKX
ATAPI iHAS124
4GB Kingston DDR3 1333
2x 8mm chasis fan
PowerColor HD6790 (150W on 1 pcie)

Am I safe with my FSP Supersonic 500W 550W peak with two 12V rail, 18A each?
According to reviews, PowerColor HD6790 will draw 150W so am I right with my simple calculation 12V*18A=216W? Will 216W be enough to power my gpu?

This is my PSU http://www.conversense.net/power-supply/24-fsp-super-sonic-500

Yes you should be safe. According to the following review the benchmark system - the total used - used 240w at fuill stress and the recommendation for minimum PSU is 450w.

Here is a review on the PowerCooler HD 6790.

However, PowerCooler is not one of the top brands. See the list of good brands here:

I recommend paying $5 more to get the XFX HD 6790 with a lifetime warranty:

Thank you. I already bought my rig components. I just wondering if I have to replace my PSU. Luckily, I don't have to. As you said I'm safe with that. My budget is so tight to spend more for branded PSU.

If you use both rails you shouldn't have any fear 2(18*12)=432watts
Your CPU eats a measly 65 watts, 240 watts for the Graphics card, 305/432 watts used
You should be fine. Based on brand name, I would ditch the PSU for one from a reputable company (ABS, Antec, Corsair, Enermax, OCZ, SilverStone, XFX)
