My pc freezes in the POST Screen

Every time I try start up my pc it freezes in the POST Screen.
I can't klick on anything and it says:

Please enter setup to recover BIOS settings
Press F1 to run setup

it's a custom build pc and I've got a Asus M5A97 EVO.

please HELP!?

i tried every stap but they didn't work.

but my boot divice led is burning what means that there is something wrong with it, but i don't know what.

Download the diagnostic software for your hard drive and burn it to CD. Then try to start with that CD in your drive and run the utility. Sounds like a hard drive problem.
