Not all of my RAM is usable in Windows 7 32-bit

i have a computer which have following ..features but my total ram is 2gb and work only 1.75 gb .and high quality videos are not play.like 720p or 1080p..help me ...

installed memory (RAM): 2.00 GB (1.75 GB usable

about the ram you probably have on board video witch uses some of your ram
and a bout the videos your CPU is really weak but you can try to play the with this

Sounds like you have shared memory for your video card(which would take away from the 2GB of memory). Also with a machine like that, HD videos may have issues. It's an old underpowered machine.
