I am doing my first build an was wondering if this magnetic scwrewdriver is safe on all the computer hardware

It would be better to use a standard screwdriver. The telescoping retriever is OK in very specific situations if it is carefully used and removed from the work area after.

The real issue is any static memory. Motherboards, and many other devices can be sensitive to magnetic fields. A screwdriver with a magnetic bit is not a strong source and might not be a big deal, but it's a bad habit to start.

also seems a bit overkill for something that just requires a #1 bit phillips head screwdriver.
