More about best upgrade
  1. Both your GPU and CPU/mobo are old and tired. I'd say it would make the most sense to upgrade both.
  2. gpu and cpu/mobo. ^^ gpu first if you need to save, but the cpu will totally bottleneck it's potential.
  3. Thanks for the quick replies, I appreciate your time and help. Also would it be wise to upgrade another 4 gigs of ram or would that be a waste ?

Oh ya you also said the 560 would be the better choice but the first link from Bestbuy the card has 2 gig ram on it where all the other ones from newegg only have 1 gig.. Still the 560 ?
  4. RAM is better for eyefinity, not physx so much. trust me, 1Gb of DDR5 memory is enough for mid-high end gaming. My GTX560 runs Crysis 2 on high no problem.
  5. Guys once again I appreciate your time and help, last thing now that I have it narrowed down with the 560, which of these 2 cards ? And before I make the purchase I just wanted to make sure both of these cards will work with my mobo ? As far as I can tell they should but then again I am a noob. Thanks and have a great day !

ps.. I am leaning towards the one from best buy since I can pick it up locally and not have to wait for shipping..
  6. the one from best buy has larger memory, but honestly, i dont think its worth another $60. The Superclocked one is a great card, both from Evga. I would recommend to you this ASUS card though to save some money:
