Will this PSU be able to handle my particular GPU?

I've purchased THIS GPU and I am trying to pick an appropriate PSU for my build (this will be my first build). The Sapphire support page reads that a 500W PSU is required. With that in mind, I REALLY want to put THIS PSU in my rig based on the quality, price, quietness, and 80+Gold rating. So what do you guys think? I've read that a lot of builders overestimate their power needs and put in more PSU than they really need. I have a conservative build including a i5-2400S using the stock cooler, 1 HDD, 1 SSD, 1 optical drive, and maybe a front panel card reader.

My second choice for this build is this: PC Power and Cooling Silencer MK III PPCMK3S500 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Power supply Master

For a system using a single Radeon HD 6870 graphics card AMD specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater power supply. The power supply should also have a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 28 Amps or greater and have at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

For a system using two Radeon HD 6870 graphics cards in 2-way CrossFireX mode AMD specifies a minimum of an 600 Watt or greater power supply. The power supply should also have a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 43 Amps or greater and have at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

The Rosewill CAPSTONE Series 450W (CAPSTONE-450), with its +12 Volt continuous current rating of 37 Amps and two (6+2)-Pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors is sufficient for your system configuration using only a single Radeon HD 6870.

The Rosewill CAPSTONE Series 450W (CAPSTONE-450) uses Super Flower as its OEM.
