G.Skill Sniper 1866

I got a question about the speed which says 1866, but I noticed that there's a OC tag next to it on Mobos.
So my question is, when i install it, will it run at 1866 and cause a problem? or will mobo just lower the speed to 1600?

First time builder, so any extra facts and info are extremely appreciated. Thanks!

It means that you will manually have to set the RAM speed to 1866 from the BIOS. Your motherboard will support it so you should have no problems.

My motherboard has a MemOk switch on it does that work?
Asus V-Lk
If so, how does that work?
If not, how do i manually up the speed in the bios?
