Looks very good. I don't see any potential bottle necks or incompatibilities.

If price is not really a consideration it might be a good idea to get a second gtx580 in Sli for high quality rendering and 3d max.

p.s. if you don't plan on overclocking you don't need a water cooler for your CPU the stock one is fine

If you really have plenty of $$$ you might want consider getting a Ssd. Their speed bonuses are amazing.

If you do decide to go this route I would suggest the crucial m4.

( I did a poll on Ssds a couple weeks ago and this one was the most liked.

A lot of people use them to hold the os and a couple of favorite games/programs and then use their hard drives for storage

U should consider GTX 590 for your system. It will give u alot confidence on your system.
