Will my power supply work with a GTX 460?

I'm not tech savvy at all, but my power supply is a MaxPower PX-480 (480w). I just need to know if it is absolutely necessary for me to upgrade my psu.

+3.3V and 5V MAX: 120W Max Power: 480W

I wouldn't trust it. While I couldn't find any info on that PSU, I did find this poor guys story.

His 5750 uses a lot less power then your GTX460. Junk/cheap PSUs can fail at any time. I wouldn't risk it.
