Replacement of motherboard

Hello,
i have an hp mini 110-3601ei model laptop.when i took it apart.i want to replace the motherboard. i saw a sticker stating replace with spare number 630966-001 .when i searched for the that spare number on ebay i got some other models 'New OEM HP Mini 210 Series Intel N455 Motherboard 010153H00-535-G 630966-001'
and
HP Mini 110-3000 Intel Motherboard 630966-001
and other ones with same shape and features

Does it mean any mother board with that spare number 630966-001 can be used to replace it?
pls enlighten me

yes you should use the replacement spare number to go for upgrade but do ensure before buying a new motherboard that your 1.6 GHz atom processor will be compatible with it. You can check that through the board's cpu support list.
