Nvidia geforce 9600 gt driver windows 7 UPDATE

Hello,
I'm having some trouble with my internet video display. It's jumpy, not smooth. And, from time to time, the video display crashes altogether. A message soon appears telling me that the display has "recovered successfully"; but then I'd have to reload the page. Any idea what the problem might be?

Update Acrobat Flash Player.
Update GPU drivers.

If that doesn't fix the issue, see if onboard graphics has the same issue. If so, it may be explorer.
