intel mothborad dp67ba ram issue

the ram i got:
komputerbay 8gb ddr3 1333mhz x4

iv'e checked on a few websites and the ram should work but i get a 3 beep ram error code when i turn the computer on.
i tested the stick one by one but the same issue still there.

Are you sure it's seated all the way in each slot. One may be a tight fit, causing the beep codes. If not, I recommend better ram in one of these brands: crucial, corsair, samsung, kingston, patriot, or gskill. Cl9 ram at 9-9-9-24 1.5v is a good choice.
