Will 750W be enough for my build?

Hi, here is my build I'm contemplating.

Case: Corsair Graphite Series 600T Mid-Tower
PSU: SILVERSTONE 750W
Processor: Intel Core i7 960 3.2GHz
MoBo: EVGA SLI3
Mem: CORSAIR XMS3 12GB (6 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache
GFX: EVGA GeForce GTX 580
Sound: Creative PCI Express Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium - Includes Front Bezel

Is 750W enough, or do you think I should go to 1000W?

I'd go with 1000W so that you can add a second GTX 580 later, but 750W would be enough for one. Make sure that your 1000W has at least two 8 pin connectors.
