Does anyone see any potential issues with this build? I tried to research as much as I could and everything I could find said this would all work together. (Hopefully it will as it's all headed this way via UPS, lol.) This will be primarily used for gaming, building mods for Skyrim and a little home recording via Cubase and the Steinberg CI 2, as well as the other usual day to day stuff. Oh, I know it's not that important, but this is my 5th or 6th build, so I've basically got enough experience just to be dangerous, lol.

Thanks for the feedback!

While some of the parts are top notch some others are lacking.
First of all you have to tell us what you will use the system for. If it is gaming then i might have some suggestions for you.

First of all the i7 2600k is an overkill. i5 2500k will do just fine and you won't be able to notice performance differences.
If you are serious on spending much money you will go to a gen3 motherboard. The AsRock extreme 4 gen3 will give you all you want.
That being said for a 2500k the hydro cooling is an overkill as well. A xigmatek aegir or a corsair a70 will be more than enough. Maybe Zalman x10 performa but corsair offers more for less money. (+ it is more silent)
I would pick a quality 850watt psu or even go the extra mile to the 1k watts having in mind of crossfiring a 6970. Try to sell the 460, it is not good enough.
8giga of ram will suffice.
Your choice to keep the Caviar Black is wise.
As far as the ssds go, favoring space over performance is not the way to go.
Crucial m4 128giga offers the best of both worlds. You want more capacity? Crucial m4 256. You want more performance still? Patriot 240 (overkill)
I would get an extra 6970 anyday before i got more space on the ssd (unless you got an offer for one of the said drives at 250$)
