Hey guys

just wanted to know if the Corsair Vengeance 16GB 1600Mhz RAM fit into a mATX motherboard (Asus Maximus V gene) with the asus GTX 660ti on it, i'm a little worried since the heatsink of these RAM are a little taller than the usual.
the case is Zalman z11 plus mid tower

thanks in advance :)

You might have clearance issues with your video card. You['ll just have to try it..

Here's some low profile ram: samsung 1600 1.35v ram 2x4 gb kit $34.99 at newegg (link bad); rated highly for overclocking if you ever try it.

I like the G. Skill Ares DDR 3 1600 or the Corsair Vengeance low profile DDR 3 1600. The heatspreaders on memory are really not doing anything they are a design feature like the fins on the back of cars.

I did some more research and it turned out that it'll be fine even with the big heat spreaders, but thanks for the info, I'll consider buying one of those you suggested. :)
