Still crashing after upgradeing almost everythnig

Only thing i didnt upgrade is my 650 ultra lsp watt power supply could that be the problem why my games are still crashing?

As when i still put my dual core athlon 5000+ back it doesnt crash.

Since the quad is the only change that causes a problem, concentrate on that component.

Since the failure is in a more stressful environment, consider that.

1) Try running prime95 to stress just the cpu. Set the option to check for rounding errors.
Run it long enough to see the temperature stabilize at it's maximum. You should get NO errors.

2) If the temperature climbs excessively high, that could cause crashes.

3) A quad can push the graphics card higher than a duo. Under high load, the psu will have to work harder without error. Try running a graphics stress test such as furmark. If you get a failure, look to the psu, or possibly the graphics card.
