A8-8150 for $140
4GB 1600MHz 2x2GB for around $40
Cheap "FM1" MoBo for around $100
Cheap "Case" for around $30
60GB SSD(Boot Drive) "Vertex 3" for around $140
500GB HDD "Storage" for around $50

Calculated $500 or less...

Wants to use for normal use, has monitor and all peripherals, OS he can get from me for free. Got an extra key through MSDN!

I like your build it looks good. You say for normal use, he wouldn't need an HD 6950 for "normal" use but for gaming. That's a lot to spend for average use. Integrated graphics is plenty for the average Joe, but I would get that card for me! In fact, I plan to soon.

When you create builds, you should research what you can get for amount of money $X. I think you thought that 500 build ought to use an APU from AMD.

I'm not sure if you even clicked my build!
